The Crowne Plaza Hotel (our conference venue) is sold out of rooms during the conference. We have set aside rooms at a reasonable price, with free breakfast, and free parking at the well-regarded Best Western Cityplace Inn, 4150 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75204.
There will be FREE VAN PICKUP (early am, late pm) for conference attendees who are staying at the Best Western. After that, Best Western guests should sign up for free van pickup at the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DESK. The first van pickup will be at 11:00 AM on Friday; with scheduled pickups in the morning and evening both Saturday and Sunday thereafter.
Please contact judythvarybaker@gmail.com ASAP to reserve a room before they’re all gone! Note that these rooms are provided for Friday and Saturday nights. For rooms for Sunday, because the conference will be winding down, guests can then obtain a room on their own.
